What are the best type of shoes to get if your running track or cross country?
Answers:
For spikes it depends on your event. If you are considering both cross-country and track I am guessing you are more of a distance person. You could get cross-country spikes and just use those for track, but I wouldn't use track spikes for cross-country because they don't have as much cushioning and that can be tough on your legs if you go longer on them than the prescribed distance. Look for spikes that Have XC(cross-country) or LD in the title.
What are good Freestyle/Techno songs?
depends on your event.for cross country, you want something with cleats. check with your local running stores, ask your coach what they recommend.
for track, if you're a sprinter, you want cleats (if your track allows them). distance runners dont need them.
I do distance running, and I recommend Asics or New Balance.
How do i make people fall without them knowing it was me?
you know really, it can be any type of shoes(sneakers) watver you feel comfortable with. For track it depends if you are going to sprint or run long distance. For sprinting I would choose spikes and for long distance I would get light weight shoes that are comfortable. For cross country I would get light weight shoes that are VERY VERY comfortable.
It depends on what you run,but i just like to were shoes that keep my feet comtable.
