What's the best way of returning damaged NIKE shoes to NIKE for another pair?
Question:I've heard several stories of how people send their damaged (ie. sole coming off) shoes to NIKE, and they get a gift certificate for new nikes...
How about shipping? I guess I'd have to pay the $ to ship the shoes to them at first.

As I recall, you can return your Nikes. I have done it 3 times but it has been a while since I've done it. I remember calling a number and reporting either to them, or to an internet site that I have damaged Nike's, explaining why they were defected and then in a few weeks they sent me a package explaining how to return them. Once returned, they check the shoes, decide if they are defective and then send you back the same pair (new) in the same size but don't give you an option on color. Also, if the shoe is no longer made, they might send you a newer version which is what happended to me.Check nike.com for return policies or I would also try calling customer service. It is their policy to exchange defected shoes. I've never heard of them offering a refund though.
Asics Gel-Kinsei Women's Running Shoes?
Check the address on the box I guess. You might want to call them first and find out if they really do that.It all depends how long you've had the shoes. If it's newly bought and you still have the receipt go back to the shop and they will replace it if the damage was not your fault but a fault in the manufacturing.
Muscular and Strong Legs 'EQUAL' faster runing timing?
Send them back to the sweatshops they were mad at.Phone up Nike first and find out.....
If its a manufacturing defect, you can return them to the store you bought them at.
Nike does not make good or sturdy running shoes. Take them back to the store where you got them, or go on their website and contact customer service. They are used to the complaints.
try going to your local nike outlet and ask them.. .you may not need to pay the shipping doing it that way...
