Honestly, i think running is the best thing for your abs. People are constantly doing crunches or sit ups, but to be a strong runner you need to have abs. In running the most important thing is your core which is your abs. Plus, crunches and situps will help out your abs, but running helps out every part of your body. You might want to start running more than a mile, like maybe every week just add on a half- mile or mile. Good Luck!
