How Do You Increase Stamina And Lung Capacity?

No, you'll be fine. Just don't wear needles. Screw in the pyramid spikes. I always had better luck with those when jumping off wooden boards or when running on a dirt track. For an all-weather track you could use needles. Your best bet is to talk to the coach and see what the requirements are. Certain events and certain tracks have special rules about what kind and what size of spikes they will or will not allow.

How to get faster at running 100m?

No, the spikes will not stick into the board. They will puncture the wood but you are running very fast and driving off of the board so it will not be a problem. It is designed to work this way.

Do runners take sport supplements? if so which one's should I take or focus on?

Don't worry about it man. All jumpers use metal spikes.

Energy Gels?

They'll tear up the board but they won't come out. I actually really like jumping off of wooden boards with spikes, your spikes really dig in so you get good grip to launch yourself with.

Where can I get good track/running socks for my son?

They won't really get stuck. However, there is this one place that I jump at that has a wooden board to jump off of. Every time I hit it I stutter step it. They are suppose to help you spring off of it but all it does to me is make me jump 4 ft less then what I did in a previous meet! I would say to be careful...I find them to be dangerous and if you can avoid jumping off of them then do it!
