Join a local running club. It will give you people to run with so you aren't alone when you run.

Morning runs...how soon after waking up.?

If you have to, drive to a well populated area, and stick to jogging where there is safety in numbers. There are no guarantees, but it's a much safer alternative until you can find a jogging partner.

Go to the gym and run on a treadmill.

Where can I buy power gels/clif bloks?

Find out where people gather to run in your town. Run in the afternoon or early evening when people are still out. Just don't go into bad parts of town. The most abuse you'll get from someone is going to be verbal, "run forest, run"

Where on EARTH (well in London actually) can I buy sprint spikes (400m) for my daughter!!?

the easiest answer is to go to the gym but if you dont want to do that then you should drive to some place where there is a lot of people and you can run there. if you want to run alone make sure you run during the day when its light.

I had no idea that Y!A finally recognized running as a sport. What took so long?

Is there a track you can drive to and run on? If you are worried, you can carry your cell on you in a little pouch.mace? An alarm to get others attention? LOL. I have no idea where you live- perhaps join a gym and start by running on the treadmill. Chances are you'll meet people like you running on treadmills and you could see if they'd like to run with you. Does your school have a running club? Track or cross country? Talk to the coaches to see if you could join or if they have suggestions. People are always supportive of others trying to get out there and run.

Hopefully one of these suggestions will help you. Honestly, as long as you aren't running in the dark in a big park in the middle of a ghetto with super short shorts on..okay, only kidding, but you get my point. There is nothing to be scared of. Millions of people run. You just have to be smart about where when and how.

How far do you jump?

try running around your schools track.. or go to a gym and use the treadmill if you dont have one. you should do fine there

Where can i find this running jersey?

Just run around your block, i do this all the time: take your cell phone and when you get scared just act like your on the phone, people won't bother u cuz they think you're conversing and can get immediate help. therefore they won't come close.
