This sounds like a terrific story. You really should consider contacting your local newspaper. Depending upon where you live, it would make a nice local interest story, and could really help her push for sponsorship.

Sure i will, my nan died from cancer, i'm willing to help anyone get cured from cancer because it's a very cruel disease and it affects everyone at sometime, including me.(Only as long as the recovers didn't get cancer as a mistake they made from smoking or something else.)
