How long should I be icing and wrapping my shin splints?


They are moderate, about quarter sized on each shin.

What do I need to start running?

10 minutes on, ten minutes off- repeat 3 times. 2 times a day is enough really. A great way to make ice to ice your shins is to fill dixie cups with water and freeze them- then peel back the top of the cup so that it acts as a holder for the ice and you can more easily ice your shins.
