How should i run the 200 meter dash today?
I have to run the 200 meter dash today at 10:30 for a competition and i was wondering how should i run it without getting tired at the end? I always expell most of my energy at the beginning and sprint supper fast, but then when it gets to the finish i die off and dont end up sprinting. Which i know i should sprint the end. So if u have any tips it would be great!!

start slow but fast at the begining but at the end 100 metres just sprint for your lifeThe trick to running is a long stride and proper breathing.

For the future--train running long distance sometimes so you don't get worn out. Then sprint at the beginning and hold on.Get out of the blocks with short and strong quick steps and start to floor it with 120m to go.
