what is a healthy weight for a 13 year old that is 5'9 because i am around 95-100 and really need to gain but i am not in any sports right now. how many calories a day?

Find a gym in your area and start weight training. Break it down into 3 sessions per week; each session work 2-3 muscle groups. An example would be:Monday: Chest and Back

A healthy weight is 120-150I don;t know how many calories a day that differs with the individual, but you should be eating more than you are. You also need to combine weight training and exercise with eating to ensure you wont just gain a bunch of fat.
you could look on charts on line. just find bmi and see what it says. if says you need to gain weight then eat more carbs or ask your parents to find a nutritionist.
Your intake for calories a day are 2000 per day, but if your trying too gain weight I'd try and consume more. Make sure it's healthy calories because they are easier too burn off.
