Whats a good running form?

I do not know of any running clubs for cross country racing around Durham, NC, but there is an 8 hour cross country race called, "9-1-1 Adventure Challenge", which will be held at Umstead State Park in Raleigh, NC on Sunday, September 23, 2007 (see link #1). Perhaps someone there will be able to direct you to a cross country running group.

As far as running routes go, I like to find routes at mapmyrun.com (see link #2), where they have an archive of routes that other people run. You can search by area so that you can find a route that is close to you. Also, you can make up your own at their website and the distance measurements are surprisingly accurate.

Good luck~!

If i run...?

not sure where that is but in the northeast one of the best place is van courtland park in the bronx
