Foods to eat for track?
Question:I run track and do distance
I run the mile and two
Im a guy thats fiveteen years old
I am mad skinney
I eat enough that im not hungry and full
But at pratice we run about 40 miles a week
And i keep lodeing wieght Is their food that I could eat to make me gain wieght
One more thing is it a big deal if eat junk food all i want with out getting worse in my races
