Does running long distance on flat surface built bigger calf muscle?

Horses and fast running animals does not have huge calf muscle.

How do I wash my Adidas A3 gigarides? Please help...?

Horses and other animals do not have the same leg and foot structure as humans, so that is not a good comparison. Running sprints and the training for sprinting will build big calf muscles, but if you are interested in building muscles lifting is the best and fastest way to do so. I have large leg muscles but it is from a lifetime of sprinting and doing the training for sprinting which includes weights and plyometrics. Running steps and doing lots of things besides just running.

Running a mile...?

yes, to a point. it wont build huge ones, but they will get bigger.

horses and other animals dont have huge calf muscles, because their legs are built differently.

Whats the best strategy for running the 200.( i.e. start out fast, end fast, or full out entire time)?

No, calf muscles have great endurance capability, even bodybuilders on steroids usually have to lift huge amounts of weight to build decent size calf muscles. Running might firm up the calf muscle but it will not build big calf muscles. If you look at marathon runners they do not have large calf muscles.

What's the best way to build my endurance?

running hill would be better if you wanted to build calf muscle. but running a long time on a flat surface will really get the quads.
