Does just basic jumping rope help to enhance running skills?

Does jumping rope help to enhance running skills? If so, which helps more, rollerblading or jumping rope? (I'm talking about basic jumping rope.)

Help me with the long jump!!?

jumping rope is really good for runners. it enhances endurance by a lot and improves muscle tone in your legs. endurance and muscle power are needed by all runners, whether u r distance or sprints. roller blading helps with coordination and balance, but jumping rope is much more beneficial for runners.

5K's, 10K's, 1/2's, Marathons?

Jumping rope is good exercise, but you have to run to get better at running. You do not have the same range of motion, or muscular action in jumping as you do in running.

How do u get up early in the morning like at 6 am?

Simply id say ump rope since it increases your endurance and builds calf strength

Track??

Yes!
Jump rope increases your stamina and your endurance in your leg's muscles.

Jump rope 100 touches and then after a short rest complete as many double ropes (the jump rope goes around twice) as you can. Do this workout three times a day if your a sprinter with additional sprinting work.

If you are a long distance runner jump rope as many times as you can until you can no longer jump. Remember this number and after about a 15 minute rest, try to get at least 80% of it with another set of jumps. And then try to jump at least 70% of the first amount after another 15 minute rest.
