What's this sinus pain I have when I run?

I run an average of two to three miles every other day. After each run I have a burning sensation throughout my sinuses and ears. Is this just seasonal allergy pain induced by the heavy breathing? I don't want to stop running, but sometimes the pain is unbearable!

Nike+ iPod Running Kit-don't have the shoes- is there comfortable way of wearing sensor on a different pair?

it probably is allergies.
the stress of running can temporarily reduce your body's immune system, making it harder to fight off diseases and allergies. I like to take a heavy dose of vitamin C after a long run. You should talk to your doctor about it. I have heard that running salt water through your sinuses can help.

How can I, pyschologically, beat the 400m?

It could be allergies. But it also could be that you aren't breathing correctly. My brother is in teh Marines and he told me something wicked cheesy but it works.

Smell the flowers
Blow out the candles.
And just repeat it untill your done with your run. It helps because otherwise you get the tinglyness in your sinuses
