What do I do to prepare for the Track meet tomorrow, where I made it for Long Distance?
I made it for Long Distance, 1200 m, which is 3 laps around the track meet. What do I do to prepare for tommorow, so I don't have to stop a lot of times during running? Plus, how do I run without stopping?

What could i do to make me be able to run faster, and to be able to do this without any trouble?
I agree with the other posters. Also, pace yourself. Have a goal time and figure out how fast you need to run each lap to meet your time. Most people (especially young people) start out way too fast and end up slowing down halfway through the race. Don't worry if you are in last place coming through the first lap. All that matters is your place at the end. You will look better anyway passing the others when they run out of steam halfway through the second lap.
Good luck.
Can a hurdler tell me about their college experience?
If your meet is tomorrow, there's not much you can do. Eat a good, balanced meal tonight and get plenty of rest. Make sure to drink lots of water today and tomorrow to help your body recuperate when you run. If you want to run without stopping, that is something that practice should take care of. Assuming you're a beginning runner, with a few weeks practice you should have enough endurance to last the 3 laps. If not, talk to your coach. You may not be a natural distance runner and should try shorter events. What's ur favorite energy drink?
well if the meet is tommorow then the hay is in the barn.Code for any thing you do before the meet is taking it away from toomorow and the meet.Ok i run the mile which is four laps around the track.I run it in 5:09.I start hard for the first 100m then i find my pace i keep that pace for a lap then kick it up.Then comes your final lap.I usually go 75-80% then the final 200m i go 100% plus any thing i have left. You do that and you will finish high i garuntee it.!Why do i get a headache while running in the cold?
dont eat dairy, get a good amount of sleep, definitely eat breakfest and lunch even if your'e not hungry. pizza is really bad to eat too. eat pasta and bread so you'll have a sustained amount of energy. stretch, warm up, drink a lot of water, bring healthy snacks to the meet. no candy. power bars, chewy bars, etc.Are enemas common for runners before races?

Try wanking it works.Just pace yourself. If this is a problem for you, pick a girl who runs about the same speed as you and run with her the whole time. To prepare, I would just eat a balanced meal like she said. And drink lots of water regularly so you stay hydrated and don't have to chug before the race.
