so i was wondering wat the average 7th grade girl's long jump is..and discus

L.J. -10'6"- 11' will get you some points; 12' will take some firsts;
13' +, better than most, and will get the attention of the
high school coach.

Disc.- 35-40' will pick up points in many meets.
50' will take many firsts
60'+ one of the areas best for your grade
80'+ Track Coaches best friend

What is the price range for a good pair of running shoes?

i dont throw but i do jump.
i have 14'4 for long jump but im a state top 5 qualifer.
the average for my school is around 13' which is pretty good.

Sectional 400 meter run!?

There is no "average" distance for any event and specific grade. However, for starters, in middle school, anything over 13 feet by most coaches is considered a "good" jump. By the time you reach high school, you should be well over 15' in order to participate on the varsity level. In the discus, you should be around 70', and 80-90' by high school.
