I am not motivated to run anymore?!?
I just finished my first year in college. Usually at home I would run outside because I never belonged to a gym. But in college exercise machines are always available, I ran outside still, but not as much, mostly I ran on the treadmill and the eliptical. I am still in good shape, I know it. But now that I'm home, I'm not motivated to run outside--and I get more tired. Can you help?

Sometimes you just need to change up your workout routine... this can be something as simply as changing the location of where you run or try riding a bike or going for a hike at a local park.What is the best way to train for fell running races in the gym and outside?
Have you tried looking for groups in your area? Lots of places now are starting to form groups for running or outdoor classes so you don't get stuck inside at the gym. I take a class called 'bootcamp' - have been for almost 2 years and it's outside for 9 months out of the year. There's a lot of other people that do it so if I don't show up I know I'm going to have to hear it the next day! It keeps me motivated to know that someone is going to give me a hard time if I don't make it!Learn to appreciate the time alone when you run. When I was in college I had a hard time getting motivated, but after I started a family I really enjoyed the break for a while from everything.
If this doesn't work find a partner to run with. For some this works wonders.

just make yourself your being lazy because you got used to just having machines there for you but now you need to start getting back to your normal routine,you'll start getting back to normal after a few times of force.Minor knee and hip pain during T-jump and 100?
Oh I see... Perhaps you should try occupying yourself with something interesting. Normally, we used to rest more often than walking around during holidays.Perhaps try listening musics that has medium beat pace while running or just keep yourself active all day long. That might help a lot. I've gone through the same way as you are.

Run with a group. That always works as a motivator.Also, something I do personally is whenever I feel my motivation failing in a sport, I go to the Olympics website and watch the videos of the best of the best in the sport and I feel motivated again.
Or you might also find some good videos on youtube.

maybe buy yourself some new running shoes or clothes... this normally excited to wear them and run more. another way is to watch an inspiring sports movie. metal and rap or hip hop styles of music work great to. also maybe running isnt for you. maybe try basketball or soccer or biking.hope that this helped
