I usually get up at 4 or 5 in the morning because I work in a bakery. I set 3 alarms. 1 I can reach to shut off, 1 I have to get up for that's pretty close, and then another that I have to get up and walk over to shut off. By then, I'm pretty much up. A quick shower to wake me and then off to work.

You'll get used to it, all "time" is a number so it shouldnt make a difference what time you go to bed as long as you go to bed with enough time to get up.

set the alarm for 5:30 because you will want to hit the snooze a few times. do something to make you wake up, like play music loud or splash cold water on your face. force yourself to get up. another thing that helps is to set the alarm clock up across the room so you HAVE to get out of bed to turn it off.

Make sure your kettle has boiled too, that way when you get in it won't take long to have a coffee, quick dip in the bath and then off to do your daily job/chores
