What"s a good track time?

Never heard it and if it does work it's more of a mind over matter thing. It's amazing how much control your brain has over your body's reaction to things. But if you 'think' it works, it's not like you're eating big macs to ease the pain! Chomp on!

Is there such a thing as a sat nav type thingie for runners?

No, that is just a silly old wives' tale.

Breathing techniques while sprinting?

Nope...
A myth.

If someone is running at a really fast speed and go on the water running do they walk on water a little?

Never heard of that. I was always told that you needed to make sure that you had good supportive shoes and if you did get shin splints, you had to get rest and take pain relievers to heal them.

Nope... Celery has as much nutritional value as a piece of paper basically... If you are looking for something to help with body soreness and joint fatigue from running -- Magnesium, Calcium, Multi Mineral, Vitamin B, Antioxidants, Fish Oil: Maintain healthy bones, joints, and cartilage, reduce inflammation, relax blood vessels to keep blood flowing smoothly, support energy production, relax muscles and ease athletic injury, support normal bone structure, promote healthy, restful sleep, encourage calmness and lessen stress...

Hop & Step ( Triple Jump )?

Celery contains vitamin C and several other active compounds that promote health, including phalides, which may help lower cholesterol and blood pressure, and coumarins, that may be useful in cancer prevention.

However, there is no reason to believe that it has any effect on shin splints or sore knees. Rather, doing stretches before running is by far the best way to avoid those conditions. The one that I do before every run is in link #1. As for sore knees, there are numerous knee stretches that you can do, and link #2 shows many of them.

That is not to say that you should not continue eating celery. After all, there is no negative side effect that I am aware of and if it works for you, then by all means continue. All I am saying is that you should give those stretches a chance too because they work for just about everyone.

Who is the first Indian woman to win an Asian Games gold in 400m run?

Including vegetables is good for a healthy and balanced diet but I sincerely doubt eating celery will cure your shin splints. For more information about the cause and treatment take a look at these sites.

To summarize some of the key points from the above articles, rest, ice, stretch, strengthening exercises and check your shoes. Look for uneven wear and replace if needed.

I am a firm believer in eliminating the cause of the problem. Rest, ice and stretching will allow your body to heal but the problem may reoccur once you start running again. With many running injuries, it's critical to include strengthening exercises to cure the problem.

Are you eating it? It is mostly water. There is nothing of any value in celery. If you are rubbing it on your shins I don't think that will help either. I have been around track and field and running for over 50 years and I have never heard this.
