What's the best camelbak for running?

I needa run for 2,4 kilometers. Wat shud i do for the preparation?

It depends on a lot of factors. The most important ones are how much fluid you need to replace on a "normal" run. This is a personal thing and depends on how much you personally sweat at a normal pace. Are you doing 10+ miles on you runs and need to replace over a liter? You will need a larger system.

Also it is a qeustion of if you prefer the weight to be around your hips or on your back.

If you are running under 1.5 to 2 hours, and like the weight on your hips/waist, stick with the running designs. Catalyst is probably your best bet. If you prefer the weight on your back or you will be running for longer times then you probably need a camelbak that is not specifically designed for runners but for bikers. Hydrobak, Rouge and Classic are probably the main choices here. These models tend to also give you the option of adding ice to your mix to keep it cool during you entire run.

I personally prefer to always have more fluids than I need and don't like having the weight down low, so I use the shoulder stap/biking models.
