5:19 that's awsome.. 7th greade my mile time was 7:00. in 8th grade my time was 6:20. and now im in high school. i join to croos country team in my scool. now my mile time is 4:20. but now im don't track. which is sprinting. im doing 100,200,400, 4x1, and 4x4. my best 100 time is 11.88..., 200 time is 24:25 and 400 time is 55:25... that's all i got...Why do i get lower back pain when I run?

I only ran 5:41 in seventh grade (I would get first too!) and did my best in 4:44 in 10th grade. Now I only do 800s so my mile time hasn't improved. My best 800 time is 1:53.3

im in 9th and my best is 4:18 but I usually get 4:25. Thats good for aa seventh grader.6:03 and in 8th grade. i normally dont run it though
