What's the positives and negatives to wearing a weight vest while running?
Not that great, I'm in 7th grade and the best time I've seen is 11 flat. Your friend needs to skim his time down.Is anyone running the Miami Marathon next wee?
To the first guy who answered -- that's practically impossible. There is no way your running 11 flat for the 110 hurtles. Anywhere from 14-17 is really good! Good luck! :)Would you consider yourself "fast"?
15.1 is pretty good for high school, but its not always going to land him first. there are about 5-7 kids in my league that are running sub-15. personally im running high 16s low 17s but ive only ran the 110s at two meets. Is it possible for me to train for the 100 meters at home?
That is a good time, depending on his age and year in school. He needs to run close to 14 flat to be among the best. There are several now who run in high 13.Any way to keep your arms from cramping during a race?
first guy who answered that;'s not true, california best high school runner time is 13.05 and there is no way some kid can get 11 flat. well my 100m time is 11.08(not hurdles). back to the point my track team fastest runner time is around 14.00. 15.1 is really good. u will be lot faster when u grow up.. and im a 9th grader.More Questions & Answers...
