When i jog at around 85-90 doing a mile, my stomache gets quite sore?

I am not sure what 85-90 doing a mile is? There are lots of ab exercises. I like to do sit ups with my feet on a chair and my knees and hips at 90 degrees. This takes the hip flexors out of the movement and concentrates on the abs. You can do crunches, reverse crunches, bicycles where you are flat on your back, bring one knee up and touch with the opposite elbow, also put your feet under the bed or sofa, bring your rear end to about one foot away then sit up into about a 45 degree position with your upper body, hold for as long as you can.

do the same exercise but only do half a mile and bring water in case you get dehydrated.

Drinking water or taking any fluids before running is good ?

When you say stomach do you mean internal or are you really talking about your abs.

Your abs shouldn't get sore from running. Do you have a stitch, or do you have an ulcer? See a doctor please
