gosh, there is nly 1 simple solution. do long runs, my fren. start with 30 min long runs, then wen ure sufficiently ready, start doing 1 hour long runs. tat will build your stamina in the fastest possible way. because it gets ur blood cells to require less oxygen and by that way, u can do more breathing less.I am a wrestler so I go running almost daily (5-6 times a week).?
the only way to do it is to run - a lot.run at least 4 times a week, with one of those a long run of 8 miles or more. keep increasing that long run until you get up to 20 miles.

Give us a little additional details about your current level first, its difficut to give advice on what you need to do if we don't already know what you can do, i.e. begainer who entered marathon as a get fit goal, experienced runner just now going for distance...Basics is one endurance run (2-3 hours) a week, 1 or 2 normal runs, 1 speed session, and some hill training - good for explosive strength, and ability to recover from any neccesary fast sections, aswell as good endurance - every other week. Build up to ahving a tempo run every week aswell after a few months (or though if fitness high enough do it straight off)
