Shoe soles?

Answers:

Why do i need to spit alot during running?

glued in insoles are a problem, especially with asics. I wear orthodics and must remove the factory insole so I can wear the shoes. I rip them out and sometimes have to scrap the remains so the orthodics will fit. Most shoes the insole is not glued in and there is no problem taking them out.
