Injured knee and running?
I somehow injured my knee while running, is there any way i can keep doing cardio but making it so that my knee doesn't hurt and doesn't get worse?

Ride a stationary bike.You need to keep the knee movin, and riding a bike is low impact on your joints.
And swimming would work too.

It depends on the kind of injury. You should probably not workout for at least a couple of days. Talk to a physical trainer or doctor. You definitely don't want to take chances with aggravating a knee injury because it could get very serious.More Questions & Answers...
