I somehow injured my knee while running, is there any way i can keep doing cardio but making it so that my knee doesn't hurt and doesn't get worse?

Is this a good time?

SWIMMING. I love to do it. I, too, have bad knee problems sometimes. I have Iliotibial Band Syndrome, and I've had it for MONTHS. I hate it so much, and I've tried everything. Swimming is the only thing i can do. But I have NO pain in either my legs or knees. Plus, swimming gets you strong All over your body!

My first race was last week.I am 13,and got 7:11 on the 1600.I have anothr one Monday.?

Ride a stationary bike.

You need to keep the knee movin, and riding a bike is low impact on your joints.

And swimming would work too.

It depends on the kind of injury. You should probably not workout for at least a couple of days. Talk to a physical trainer or doctor. You definitely don't want to take chances with aggravating a knee injury because it could get very serious.
