Do you think it will be possible for me to shed 6 seconds on my 400?

Question:do you think it will be possible for me to shed 6 seconds on my 400?
this will be my second time running it (usually i run the mile instead of the 400 m run and it took me this long to figure out i wanted to run the 400 instead of the 1600) . i want to try and break the school record which is 60 seconds flat and on wednesday i got a 1:06 and that was with no close competition everyone else was about 8 seconds behind me and it was my first time running it this season. my last track meet is tommorow and do you think it is possible for me to shed 6 seconds.

What running shoes are the comfiest ?

Im going to be real honest i used to be a professional soccer player. The only way to shed that much time is to buy a running parachute. It might be expensive but it'll make you one hell of a sprinter. You will feel like you're floating and itll help the muscles in your calves as well

What is a hash run?

honestly, no. you need proper 400m training to be able to take time off like that. I run the 1600 and the training my coach has us do helps in the 400, but I am not fast enough (56-57sec) to do the 400. The 400 is more compatable to 800m runners.
