What workouts n stuff should i use with my stregnth shoes, also are they worth it?

Strength shoes usually lead to injuries as people aren't ready to do the exercises that are usually prescribed. Just start out very slowly. Doing the exercises they describe without the strength shoes will have almost the same effect, but with less chance of injury.But if you want to jump higher, the thing that will help you most is strength work, not power work. Strength is probably your limiting factor. Getting your squat up to 1.5 times bodyweight will help more than any plyometric type exercise will at this point. After you hit the 1.5 mark, then you can switch over to more jumping/reactive exercises.
if you continue to do running excercises and plyometrics they utilize your strength shoes since it makes the muscles work more...You can always just go out and run and jump
