I need to know why one of my feet is going numb during my running exercises.?
My left foot keeps going numb when I go jogging. I have tried giving a little more slack on my shoe strings, but that did not work. Is there a reason for this? How do I prevent it?
Answers:
So if you take your shoes up and the numbness goes away then chances are you should be looking at new running shoes. Running shoes should be bought at least 1 size bigger then your biggest foot. Or about your thumbnail between your biggest toe and the end of the shoe.

im not a doctor but maybe there is like a blood clot stoping the flow to your one leg when you get active causing it to go numbI think you lack stretching before you run.
Try doing some leg stretches.
