Looking for a marathon training guide. I am running a full marathon at the beginning of Novemebr.?
Question:I run currently 30-35 miles a week.

What types of spikes are good for sprints?
There are a number of great sites for traininig for a marathon. I have listed a few below. With your base, you should be able to pick up a program from one of those sites. I favour, John Stanton's Program from the Running Room. But you might have to purchase his book, "Running Room Book of Running"But Jeff Galloway is a contemporary of John's and both have similar methods of training. So have look at the different programs and choose one that you like. Next time I am going to try Hal Higdon's program. But I have used Stanton's last two long races with little problems.
