Petite running tights / clothing?

I'm barely 5 ft and have recently taken up running, I was fine in my shorts untill the weather turned nasty but now i'd like to cover up a it and keep warm. I don't want anything too bulky and have been trying to find a pair of leggins/ running tights which are not too long. Can anyone suggest where i can get petite running clothes in the uk, preferably the Hertfordshire/ London area?
