Jeff See set the American high school freshman indoor mile record of 4:22.62 in 2002 when he was 15. People do not keep accurate records before high school. Since most students enter high school at the age of 14 and have a birthday sometime during their freshman year, maybe before their first track meet, I doubt you will find many 14 year old peer's records that you can compare with.
