What is a good shoe to run a marathon?
Conditioning is a big part. You need to build up your cardio as well as your muscles.Remember that the 400 is a sprint race. Always in sprinting, run on the balls of your feel instead of heal-toe. This will allow less time that you feet are touching the ground. Form is also a big part... if you are running with your arms coming across your body, that's bad. And relax as best you can. look forward when you're running instead of looking around. Also, even though you feel like your legs are spaghetti already, give all you've got in the last stretch. Sprint to the end as best you can. Use your arms to power your body also, instead of just your legs.
I dont know if that will help because I don't know what you are already doing. That's what I can think of off the top of my head. Good luck.

Practice, weight train, do some jumping/sprint routines, etc. You can run while draggin weights or get one of those running parachute things.Hi, i'm an American now living in Sweden and my question is how can an American find a job here.?
Try jogging longer distances to improve your endurance. Swimming will improve your lung capacity, allowing you to run longer before getting breathless. You might want to avoid lifting weights, as that can tear you muscles, rather than build them up healthily. Try calisthenics (spellng?) and other aerobioc stretches. They build your muscles using your own body weight, and is the healthiest form of exercise. Why cant i run for a longer time?
