Help!! need running advice!?
Question:which one is better if u wanna get muscular arms:
Running with hand weights on a treadmill or on a track or...
Exercising on an elipptical cross trainer.
I know there are better ways but which way is better out of these two

Neither approaches will result in muscular arms. As is commonly known in weight training, if you want muscular mass, you must do workouts that involve great resistance with fewer repetitions. Running with hand weights (which often result in injury and is therefore dangerous) or exercising on an elliptical trainer are aerobic exercises that involve low resistance with high repetition. These exercises build endurance and tone your arms but you will not end up with muscular arms.The best way to get muscular arms is to go to the gym and do some curls and extensions with heavy weights to build your biceps and triceps, respectively. For most people, these exercises also build your forearms too.
How to improve my speed for the track?

I'd go with the hand weights because you can increase in weight as your arms get stronger. The trainer only pushes with your weight.running with hand weights in the track, it's much safer also. you can get seriously hurt in the treadmill if not careful. good luck
ARMS? MUSCLE? MUST BE FREE WEIGHTS if you really want muscular arms..don't cheat yourself out of that..anything else..can be a plus..but..free weights and at LEAST nautilus is required...
