Does anyone know any good sprint workouts?
I'm trying to get my 40 yard dash down and i need a sprinting workout. Im all set in terms of weight workouts though.

Pyramids. You'll just have to do them shorter than normal. I would try say three 40s, three 70s, then two 100s' and a 120. Then work your way back down. Another good thing to work on is leg strength and reaction times. You might want to play around with the distances and see what works best for you.everyone's body is different, it's what works for you. what works for me on monday and wednesdays i do my block starts and standing 60 meters. on tuesdays and thursdays you want to get some distance in like 3 90's and a couple 120's and later on in the season go longer. on fridays stretch.
