I want a sub 6 mile, what should i do?


sub 6 mile is a mile you run in less than 6 min. Dont just tell to run alot or train, be specific

Run around 3 miles each day with one day of rest, and also do some ladder repeats, like 600, 800, 1200, 1500, 1200, 800, 600. to help improve your speed. Good luck! :)

Then run a 2 mile run maybe twice a week and do it fast take a 15 minute break run a mile a try to break you recent times. The 2 mile run should ease the pain and make the mile run seem like nothing which should help you make a shorter time. and breathe in through your nose out through your mouth

run 400s in under 1:10 reps about 5 times.
i run a 5:10 mile and thats what made me better.. also you could just run 5 miles a day for about a month then it will be pretty easy to get a sub 6 mile.
