Help with hurdles!!!?
Question:what are some good ways to go from a 5-step to a 3-step
i can do a 5-step easily, but it makes me feel sooo slow
ive tried a 3-step before and gotten it between the first and second hurdle
so what are some things that i can do to make it easier for me to 3-step
any hurdling advice will help

5 to 3 steps is a big change, before moving to 3 steps try doing 4 then when you get used to taking the bigger steps move to 3 thats what i did it worked out well.Why does your stomach ache when you run for a long time? how do you prevent it?
I do hurdles for track and when u go to hurdle lift ur legs and spread duhPart of changing depends on you... are you tall? If so, 3-stepping might be better. However, if your aren't tall, stay with 5-stepping. The only place you can gain speed is on the ground, and if you lengthen your strides too much it will slow you down tremendously.
