I'm running 10k in 5 weeks. What kind of foods should I be eating in lead up to the race?

What kind of workouts can i do for high jump?
Acutally in truth, the closer to race day you get the less you want to experiment with diet. 10K races are fun races but the distance is not really long enough to be effected by your eating. Just eat a normal well balanced diet.I don't recommend carb loading for a 10K race. You could try a gel about 15 minutes before racing, which will give you a bit of a boost in your sugars. But, personally if you eat a healthy diet now, you have no worries.

My long run is 7 to 8 miles . how many days should i run 7 to 8 miles per week ..?
Eat as much fast food as you can, its full of carbs that will burn off easily during a 10kAre there any good places to run..??
this is extremely personal. this is something you can figure out by trial and error. In your training run you should eat and drink different things and figure out what is best for you.
I had to eat before 10mile runs but my brother couldn't eat the night before. Everyones body is different so you need to determine what is best for you and your body.
What should I wear for a 10K run?
What do you normally eat? If you are serious and eat lots of junk then you should control your diet. There is not much that you can eat that will help a 10K. Eat things that you can digest and will not bother you when you run. Carbo loading will not help your energy. Drink plenty of water. Do not eat anything within 4 hours of the race. Some people can tolerate food within 2 hours.Just try to stay away from alcohol 2 weeks before the race. As far as what you should eat I wouldn't try to tweek my diet too much. Don't try anything the day of the race that you haven't tested before.
I would always try to eat a good diet, not just on race week. Race week I try to eat fruits and vegetables with some low fat protein such as chicken. The night before the race I like to eat some sort of low fat pasta dish.
Race morning I wouldn't eat any breakfast. Only consume a sports drink and a banana before the race. After the race have a good meal within 2hrs.
Good Luck!
Obviously, eat lots of fruits, veggies, and simple carbs to replenish your body during training.
The week before the race, make sure you're getting enough protein (not steaks, but peanut butter and nuts should do the trick).
Two days before hte race, refine your diet and avoid heavy/fatty foods. Lots of salads, pasta (the "carbo load", etc)...
The night before the race I really like sushi from a well-reputed sushi restaurant (not the time to chance it with iffy quality fish), but the rice and miso soup are a "clean burn"- they leave your stomach very quickly and don't give you the fat sluggish feeling the next morning. Just avoid eating lots of soy sauce which will cause you to retain too much water.
Morning of the race, I like oatmeal and a cup of gatorade. I don't eat during the race, just a few sips of gatorade at teh 4 mile mark.
What are some good, 4 by 100m relay times?
Whatever you are used to and like. As long as you are eating a healthy balance diet, it doesn't matter. There isn't any magic food that will make you run faster. A 10K doesn't come close to exhausting your body's glycogen stores. There is no need to carbo load or eat anything special. On race day, the only thing that's important is to eat your pre race meal long enough before the race. The latest I'll eat is 2 hours before but many people prefer eating 4 hours before. Make sure it is something that sits well in your stomach. Avoid junk food or anything heavy or fatty.
Spaghetti. This is the choice of athletes before a sporting event. Pasta contained energy source that could be stored in the body for the next day's event.
