Where can I buy Nike waffle racer 2 from?

From her website:

It's a girl!
January 17, 2007, Jon Mulkeen for PaulaRadcliffe.com

Marathon world record-holder Paula Radcliffe gave birth at 9:43am this morning to a baby girl.

A representative from Paula's management agency, Octagon, said: "Paula gave birth at Princess Grace Hospital, Monaco, to a healthy baby girl. Both Paula and her daughter are doing very well. Naturally, Paula and Gary are delighted."

Paula added: "We are both over the moon to announce the arrival of our daughter, Isla. The birth certainly wasn’t easy but she is well worth it.

"I am enjoying my first days as a mother and we are looking forward to getting to know our daughter and sharing our lives with her.

"I would like to thank everyone for their good wishes.”

If she gave birth in January I wouldn't think she'd be back for serious training until spring. Her website is mum on future plans, so it may be some time before she returns. Check her website from time to time. When (if?) she plans to return to competitive running I am sure it will be posted.

How do you get faster for track?.like I run 100, 200, 400...and my times are 100-10.93/200-22.78/400-49.89

Did she not retire ?

I thought she had.

Do you have any rituals, or habits you do before you run?

Hopefully never again. She thinks she's such a big shot. I'm expecting to get thumbs down.

Am I a good runner?

Has she had her baby yet? Give her a chance, babies are hard work.
