What comfortable shoes to get for running?

How do you know if you have tendanitis ?
i prefer adidas. because the cushion in the shoe is really comfortable and i dont fel much impact when i run. i would recommend nike too, althought ive only used it once. if u plan on getting spikes, i would recommend asics. they're really light and give a good grip.if you have narrow feet, Nike makes some nice lightweight shoes. if you have med. width feet, New Balance and Adidas make good shoes and if you have wide feet Saucony and Asics are great!
How do you help with muscle soreness?

Aiscs all the way. They are really nice. Even their spikes are comfortable. But they can get pricey. I think Gel-Kinsei's run high hundreds to two hundred bucks. But they're probably worth it. They also make really nice racing flats. They weigh like 5 ounces.there are numerous shoes on the market but do you know whether you're an overpronator/ underpronator or neutral? this you can find out in a running shop & they will help you select shoes accordingly so you don't risk injury. there are plenty of options- personnally, my favourite brands are nike, new balance & saucony.

just go out and look for shoes man. fit some and get the one most comfortable. doesn't really matter what brand...don't have a bias for nike or some big name brand.I would suggest going to a good sports shop, Fleet Feet, Trak Shak, etc... and they will put you on a treadmill to see how your feet are positioned during running. They will then suggest the best shoe for you. Tell them your budget first or they will try to sell you the most expensive. I had a budget of around $90-$100 and have flat feet. They suggested the Asics 2120 but also suggested a foot pad inside to help with prorate. Shoes need to feel light when running and not alot of pressure on your heels. Good luck!
