im saying your in the middle for your age, which would be around 13:45ish closer to 14's. Not to bad for a 6th grade girl, considering the 3000 is just under 2 miles. The high school team i coach has our top girls running low 12's in the 2 mile so in a few years you should easily be there.

well ive never ran the 3k but in a 5k(3.1 mile) i ran that in about 20:45 in the 7th dont rember the 6th

Well my son's friend runs 3k in 11:30 and she competes in a lot of track meets and finishes top 4 in every race!! She is also in the 6th grade. If your faster than her then I would guess 11:15. If not about 12:00.
