Respectable 100m time?

OK, here's the deal: I've been incorporating sprint training into my fitness routine recently. I'm a 28 yr old 6"1 185 pound male in fairly good shape (lean) and was wondering what would be considered a decent time for doing 100m - note that I'm looking for a "decent" time, not olympic sprinter time, or even high performance college level or whatever. When I was a flabby teen, I think I recall doing it in 15s, but I'm sure I could cut that down a bit now. Any input?

I love to run, but i run out of breath easily &my doctor says it's just my lung capacity-how can I increase it

Im the same age but alot smaller than 6'1. I'd day if your that tall, you could produce a fair bit of speed if you wanted to. 12.2 is pushing it. I would say high 12's would be decent. To break 13 is typically fairly good for anyone over the age of 26. Cheers.

How to increase my running speed besides just running?

if u can run about 12.2 or lower thats pretty respectable ur not lightning but ur not considered slow. Thats the qualifying time we need at the end of track season to get to the post season.
