One of my friends ran a 100 meter dash in 10.08 seconds, is that fast for an 8th grader?
The food I like to offer is cherry. Cherry koolaid, and avariety of jello foods helps to soothe the lungs, and the trachial
miniature oxygen filters. This is contrary to juice and is offered
because the food is processed and each person need to see
how the variety of flavors will change energy. Another food
that helps is low cholesterol eggs like goose, and quail.
Here is some food info for many ailment situations.

Are frequent 12-15 mile runs going to help my mile time?
I really don't know anything you can do for your asthma (sometimes it goes away with time), but let me tell you something anyway-more than half of my track team has asthma. They are some of the best runners in the state, despite this, since they practice hard, take care of their bodies, and make sure to keep their inhalers handy. (the inhaler is a must if you're going to run-just stick it in your pocket, or carry it if you don't have pockets). You just have to learn how to work around it. Either way, good luck!have you tried going to the doctor and getting an inhaler?
