Why do i get unresponive program messages when i shutdown my computer?
honestly...Nine Inch Nails, Deftones, Korn, anything hard and heavy.or Missy Elliot is good too. Some people prefer classical music as well, or new age stuff like Enya, Enigma. People like different things, so my stuff may not appeal to you, just keep trying different songs/genres and you will find whats right for you. Good LuckImprove your 800 and 400 meter time?

Anyone can tell me more about the life story of USA athetic Prefontaine who died in 1972 at age 24?
Some songs that I run to are Toxic by Britney Spears, Bring Em Out by T.I. , Touch the Sky by Kanye West, Eye of the Fighter from the Rocky soundtrack and basically a lot of songs by Lenny Kravitz (Fly Away, Are You Gonna Go My Way, American Woman). What was the blind runner biggest barrier?
I like "don't fear the reaper" and other long old rock songs like that. But sometimes the best option is variety.Try "If I close my eyes" Reina, "Let's get loud" by J.Lo (corny but very upbeat), "Since u been gone", "What about now" (lonestar), U + Ur hand (pink). See? all over the map.
You might pick music you can kind of "zone out" to. I like something different every day. Sometimes I just put the old ipod on complete shuffle, and click forward if I don't like a particular song. Don't push yourself too hard too fast, or you will only injure yourself.
Some of my best runs are to more mellow songs by Dave Koz (sax/ jazz) and Keiko Matsui, because I find a pace I can sustain without feeling like I am going to collapse any moment.
(Maybe you need less clanging in your ears, and patience give yourself time to improve your distance and speed. I find that I run until my legs start to ache, then I walk, then I run, and over time I can run farther each interval. Look up John Bingham 's website and browse that... )
fast paced music, you might run faster to the beet
Why are running distances measured in km?
well, my ipod has a bunch of songs with a good pacing beat to them. so far it's mostly oldies, but here are some:eye of the tiger-------------------lose yourself
surfin USA------------------------tak... care of business
love shack------------------------m... along
there's plenty others, but too many to mention here. if you go to itunes and just look for something you'd like and that has a good beat (ballads don't work too well), you can't go wrong!
I'm going to Army bootcamp soon, how do I...?
I don't listen to music when i run. To me, it's distracting.Plus you can't listen to music while running a race, so you don't want to relie on music to push yourself or anything.
Who the hell was "bullet" Bob Hayes?

How can I eliminate pains from drinking water during a run?

Who's faster, Speedy Gonzales or Road Runner?
no music at all i like it to be and the course that is all...because if you are already doing something that you enjoy then why do you need to have something else to enjoy also thats just me though...If i do running 5 days per weeks .. till 4 month later .. will i gain my endurance?
I listen too "System of a Down- Toxic City" Cause it starts of slow like any long distace race and then the song goes into the pace were your just go and don't change gears untill you know it's time...Then the song intensifies like an long distace race were the closer you get too finishing your body is aching and your opponent is challenging you... you just keep pushin and diggin deeper.trying too find energy that isn't even there... your body is sayin "give up...stop" but yet your mind is focused and over comes the pysicality of the sport... drowning out the world... only you and the track...time is of the essence.. but yet you speed up and listen too the crowd which signifies accomplishment... or is it for the runner catchin up. now is the time were track starz are made and runners are left behind... you tell yourself.pain is temporary, pride is forever... boom ... final lap... all or nothing... victory or failure. tick tick... 250 meters left. your gone..the world can't catch you...
