Nike Shox where to get um?

sounds like you might need to eat differently before & after a race.
2 days before the race, you should really carb up(healthy carbs, like pasta, whole wheat breads, fruits, ect.) . i usually eat whole wheat waffles for breakfast, & a pasta dish for lunch and supper & snack on apples & bananas.
the day before, eat normally. day of, make sure to not eat too much, but about half an hour before the race try a protien bar (like special k with protien or a kashi bar).
after the race, replenish with another bar & then later reward your self with a meal rich in complex carbs.
also, be sure & get enough sleep! 8 hours at least begining a week before your races.
as for your legs, thats totally normal. happens to me all the time, its actually just the acid build up in your legs after the hard work out. you can relieve it with stretching & a 15 minute walk. soak in the tub, & use tiger balm on your legs next time! that stuff is awesome!

TRACK. holla at me ya hurdlers!?

Make sure that you're drinking enough water. In drier winter weather you may not notice sweat, as much, since it evaporates so quickly...but you're still losing water. If it's persistent enough and cause for alarm...ask your coach or a doctor. Good luck.
