to improve speed and distance. I am in tennis and im gettin ready for track.

Does anyone know an average time that it takes to run 1500m?
Your best bet is to eat healthy, well balanced meals. That will give you the bulk of the nutrients you need for running. The supplements I take are Women's Ultra Mega from GNC. They make a Men's version as well.

Im honestly not trying to be racist but why...?
i dont take anything except before and during running drink kiwi-strawberry vitamin water it really helps alot! You can harm yourself with the fat soluble vitamins...A, D, E and K ----if you take too much.
So, all you need is a daily multivitamin with iron and calcium.
what you eat is way more important than the vitamin you take, so make sure your diet is balanced. be sure & get plenty complex carbs (whole wheat breads, pastas, cereal, fruits, veggies), lean protien (fish, chicken) , & calcium (yogurt, milk, cheese).
A balanced diet is recommended: 60-65 % of calories from carbohydrates,20 % from fat and 15 % from protein.
hope you have a great season!
Who would win in a race, an olympic sprinter or a housecat going full speed?
creatine its amazing and really works...ive been on it a couple weeks and already dropped 2 min of my three mile time!DO NOT TAKE CREATINE
Youll thank me
Give glucosamine-chrondoitin a try, it helps to lubricate your joints, it takes a while for the levels in your body to build from the supplement, but after a few weeks you will notice you are less achy and can handle a bit more training without risking injury
