Whats the best running shoe out of these ?

Question:or from Personal experience. and people who have tried and tested these..

comments: Hi i am looking for particular models of shoes in 4E (wider front
foot ?)
i've got particularly strange feet, small but large like a duck.
measures heel to toe 25 cm and front foot width is close to 11 cm, making it
hard to find the right fit, low to Normal Arch, straight heal or slightly over
pronating. i run 4-5 kms a day... current dunlops US size 7.5 length (26-27 cm outersole still abit long)
but width i fit into size US 8-9 (10-12 cm width )
making it imposible to find right width shoes..

what sort of shoes do u recommend ? i've done some research and come up with
some of the following .. MEN size shoes
Asics Gel kayano (13)
Asics Gel nimbus 2007tried these on very comfy
Brooks Trance 7
Brooks Adrenalin GTS7
Brooks Beast
Mizuno Wave nirvana and range

or suggestion of brand ?

Answers:

Its an incomplete poem...i'd like some ideas...help please..?

The Kayano is a good shoe but the toe box is not as wide as some other models. The Beast is a good shoe with lots of room in the toe box. In Mizuno, I like and have worn the Wave Creation with much success. I would also recommend New Balance. NB has the widest toe box I've worn and comes up to 5E.

Good Luck!

Is 49:56 a good time in cross-country?

You didn't mention New Balance. NB has wide widths and are very comfortable with lots of support.

I just started track and field but i havent been to happy becuase i havent been having that much confidence?

Hello,

My wider-foot-friends seem to gravitate towards Asics. I'd go with the one that feels the best. Some running stores even have a treadmill to try shoes out...take them up on it! Good luck.

Spring track help?

You forgot Nike and Saucony. I personally like Saucony. If you join the Nike running club, you can try on shoes and run to test.

Running!? and a 11 y/o !!??

New Balance belongs on your list too. They have a wider toe box and they are the only running shoes I wear. Go to a NB store and have them fit you based on the criteria you have spedified. The prices in the store are about what you will find at the big box stores, but with actual professional advice.

HI-TEC silver shaddow trainers?

I have never worn any brand of shoes except for Asics. They are the most COMFORTABLE shoe to run in!! I ♥ them!! My first pair of Asics were a pair of Gel Nimbus, they started to get a little worn down (they lasted a heck of a long time though) and so I bought some Asic Kayanos. The Kayanos did not fit my arch at all and weren't too comfortable when I ran. I would recommend the brand Asics and would also recommend that you go to a shoe store where they measure your feet length and width and do an arch test and tell you which shoe will fit you perfectly. If they don't do all the things I just listed, then you will probably get a pair of shoes that feel OK in the store, but once you get out and run, they could be very painful...

Can you run?

I have a 9.5 4 E foot myself...In the past I have worn New Balance ( great shoes), but I having been wearing Asics and really love them. Both companies make shoes for us wide footed people. Nike is the worst company in my opinion if you need a wide shoe ( I don't even look at Nike shoes for that reason)

If I run a mile every day...?

I've tried the Asics Gel Kayano 13 and it's a very good shoe. Now I am wearing the Adidas Super Nova Control 9 and it's a good shoe. It has moderate control for the pronater. It has good arch support.

How far can the average 7th grader jump??

Any brands of Asics is the best shoe for running ?
