I like to run the 100 m, can somebody give a real trainning ?
i did once, but I'm into a little depresion, i need to go be the one I was.

Are you in high school? If not you have to be careful what you do because you are still growing and it is easy to get a life long injury. Well you need to have a good base set up. I mean need to be able to run a couple miles with no problem. After that you need to work on speed, and over speed. It would take a long time to write a workout for you because I don't know how fast you are running the 100 now. You should search the web and find a good workout. Don't do much running over 500 meters. I think that you should ask your coach for a workout, he should be able to help you. If not send me an email and I will give you a good workout. Also I am not someone who is waisting you time, I was varsity 3 years, won 3 state championships, competed against a national champion, and had the chance to run in college but turned it down due to knee problems.What is the youngest age for a person to run a low 4 minute mile?
Do some Squat jump and tuck jumps. Then do some high knees and butt kicks. Join the track team if youre in schoolI'm in track 2 and i run 100m
basically I weight lift(mostly squats and bench)
work on your arms, they help more than you think when you run
when you get into the blocks make sure the position is comfortable
also keep your head down for a few seconds to gain speed
the whole time run on your toes and churn your legs as fast as you can
you should also watch videos on youtube were pros run
watch their form and try to do what they do
