What are some tips to run faster and better?
Track season just started this year and I'm doing the 400's and 4 by 4 relays and last year I ran a 1.13. I want to be better this year so if you've got some helpful pointers, I'd really appreciate it.

Can endurance training techniques be used for career?
Hello,Sprints & hills are good ways to build strength and get faster. Since your event is the 400m, I'd schedule in some workouts that include multiple (7-10) 100m sprints (85-90% of top speed). This will build your speed and endurance for the 400m. Try to do equal splits in your intervals (i.e. don't don't your quickest one first and then trail off from there.)
Best of luck this season!
