I'm a long-distance runner. What way to diet for good health?

About different relays in track...?
All you have to do is eat normally healthy foods, but more of them because your training will burn a lot of calories. Before a long race, you should eat foods high in carbohydrates so that your body has something to burn off other than your muscles and water weight. Make sure you stay well hydrated before and after runs.I am assuming you really mean long distance runner, such as 10K or longer. Anything under 10K is middle distance running.

What is long distance? The definition is radically different if you mean 2-3 miles, or if you mean marathoner. Either way, though, adherence to balanced diet with plenty of water and a multivitamin a day should be sufficient for MOST people. If you wanna be more specific, or have special information you haven't shared, the answer could be different. Good Luck
